IPhone 12 users in the UK are having difficulty running the Corona app.
Users say the phone is showing them an error message when using the NHS Code 19 app.
The problem reportedly occurs when you transfer apps from your old phone to a new phone via iCloud Backup.
Doing so will not make the app's Bluetooth-based 'matching facility' work. It is estimated that 1.8 million people in the UK have so far installed the NHS Code 19 app.
