In the treason case, the names of all the league leaders except Nawaz Sharif were removed
The names of all the league leaders except Nawaz Sharif have been removed from the treason case against the league leaders in Shahdara police station.
According to a private channel, the Special Investigation Team has recorded the statement of plaintiff Badr Rashid in the coup case. After recording the statement, sections 121, 123, 124 and 153 were removed from the case. According to the report, the investigation team has removed the names of all the PML-N leaders from the case. The names of the PML-N leaders were removed from the case on the basis of incomplete evidence. The names of Maryam Nawaz, former Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, Azad Kashmir Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider, Raja Zafarul Haq, Ayaz Sadiq, Khurram Dastgir, Ahsan Iqbal, Pervez Rashid, Khawaja Asif and Rana Sanaullah will be removed. It has also been decided not to take legal action against Muftah Ismail, Muhammad Zubair, Javed Latif, Maryam Aurangzeb, Atta Tarar, Azmi Bukhari, Khawaja Saad Rafique and Amir Muqam. The names of Shaista Pervez Malik and Saira Afzal Tarar have also been removed from the case. ۔ The investigation of the other case will be in accordance with the requirements of law, evidence and justice.
It may be recalled that a few days ago, after Nawaz Sharif's speech in London, a citizen named Badar Rashid had registered a case of treason against the PML-N leader and other leaders. All political leaders, including the Prime Minister, had expressed displeasure over the case.
