France has recalled its ambassador to Turkey after Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan criticized the French president. In a speech yesterday, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan criticized anti-Islamic measures in Europe. He accused French President Emmanuel Macron of not understanding freedom of religion and that he needed a psychiatric examination or treatment. The case comes a week after a teacher was killed by an 18-year-old boy in Paris. This teacher showed the students the sketches of the Prophet of Islam in his class.
