Saudi Arabia has taken a number of legal steps to issue important decisions to foreigners regarding the birth of Saudi women.
According to the Al-Marsad website, the Saudi government has decided that if the children of a Saudi woman from a foreign husband reside in the kingdom, they will be granted residency under the auspices of the mother. If she resides outside the country, then the mother can call her home state provided she has a clear peace record.
The Saudi government has decided that the Saudi woman's foreign children will be paid from the state treasury, while they will be allowed to work in private companies without sponsorship.
In addition, in terms of education and treatment, they will be treated like Saudis and in private institutions they will be treated like Saudis.
The Saudi government has set conditions for accessing these facilities.
The first condition is that the Saudi woman is married to a foreigner with the approval of the relevant institution or the marriage certificate has been registered or the foreign children of the Saudi woman have documents proving their identity.
The number of children of Saudi women married to foreigners is about 1.5 million. The figures were released by women's rights groups and human rights organizations in Saudi Arabia.
As far as official figures are concerned, the number of Saudi women married to foreigners is 700,000. In 2018, 517 Saudi women were married to foreigners.
Analysts say the number of children of Saudi-married foreign women is unrealistic, as described by women's rights groups and human rights groups.
