The PDM has decided to react strongly to the arrest of Captain Safdar.
According to private TV, an emergency meeting of PDM leaders is underway on the arrest of Captain Safdar. The meeting is attended by Maryam Nawaz, Maulana Fazlur Rehman and Mian Iftikhar Hussain. Leaders of other political parties are also present in the meeting. The arrest is being discussed.
The PDM leadership is of the view that there is a PPP government in Sindh. The arrest of Captain Safdar is a conspiracy to weaken the PDM alliance.
