Earlier, Armenia and Azerbaijan agreed on a ceasefire in a 10-hour round of talks with Russian efforts.

The two countries also agreed to stop the attacks, exchange bodies and exchange prisoners. The two sides called for the exchange of detainees, other detainees and bodies to begin as soon as the agreement was reached in Karabakh, mediated by the International Committee of the Red Cross. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said the two sides in the Karabakh conflict would agree on the details of the agreement separately. Now, in the latest developments, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has made it clear that his country will not make any concessions in talks with Armenia. He said the Nagorno-Karabakh region was part of his country.
