City Court grants bail to Karachi, Nihal Hashmi and two sons

City Court Karachi granted bail to Nihal Hashmi and his two sons. The court ordered to submit bond of Rs. 20,000.

According to private TV, Nihal Hashmi's lawyers took the position that the case is false, so Nihal Hashmi and his sons should be excluded from the case, while the police took the position that the case needs further investigation from the accused. The court rejected the remand application of the police and granted bail to the accused and ordered them to be released on bail in exchange of 20 bail bonds.
