During the fight, the cousin attacked the girl with a blade and injured her.
According to Kahna police station, Ishrat and her cousin Ali had gone to Lahore in a car and on their way back, they had an altercation at which Ali hit Ishrat with a blade and injured him. He left her on the road and fled. He was found injured and taken to hospital.
On the other hand, eyewitnesses said that the girl got out of the moving vehicle after opening the door while the rescue officials rushed the girl to the general hospital.
