Young man who lost 33 kg, how was that possible?

Gulf News published the story of a Pakistani youth who lost 33 kg in just 6 months and surprised everyone.

According to the report, the young man's name is Danish Shehzad, 25 years old and an Emirati citizen of Pakistani origin. By profession, he is associated with the field of information technology as an engineer.

The five-foot-6-year-old is eager to eat and drink, and if he is confronted with a fast, he prefers to clean his hands.

"I weighed 93 kilograms at the time of the lockdown in March after the Corona epidemic, since I was at home in those days, so I started playing sports and taking a walk," he said.

"I started playing at home because there were negative thoughts everywhere and no one was willing to talk positively. In order to keep myself busy, I decided to lose weight."

"During this time I ate a protein diet and gave up sweets to burn calories. The first week I ate a nada. It was very difficult for me because I ate eggs for breakfast every day," he said. ۔

"I started exercising carefully with food and drink and did push-ups for 6-7 minutes a day, then over time it increased to 30 minutes and then to 45 minutes."

"Doing push-ups was not an easy task for me as I was feeling weak due to the use of certain diets but I continued my work," he said.

"After 6 months of hard work, when I checked my weight and found that I had lost 33kg, it was a major milestone for me because I thought it was a dream," he said.

He advised obese people to eat egg yolk every morning, use a cup of boiled rice and grilled chicken, eat boiled vegetables in the afternoon and drink a glass of lukewarm milk.
