The UAE betrayed the Islamic world, the Palestinians. Iran

Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei has said the United Arab Emirates has betrayed the Islamic world and the Palestinians by signing an agreement to normalize relations with Israel.

According to Reuters, Ayatollah Khamenei said that the UAE's betrayal would not last long, but that the scandalous incident will always be remembered that Abu Dhabi allowed the Zionist regime to enter the region and They forgot Palestine.

"The Emirati have been disgraced forever, I hope they will one day wake up and make up for what they have done," he said.

It should be noted that Iran has strongly criticized the 'peace agreement' between Israel and the United Arab Emirates with the cooperation of the United States. Some officials have warned that the UAE and Israel will work together to create a threat in the Middle East.

On August 13, US President Donald Trump announced a peace deal between Israel and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), saying the two countries had agreed to establish bilateral relations. The US president had said that the Israeli and UAE delegations would sign bilateral agreements in the coming weeks on investment, tourism, direct flights, security and the establishment of mutual embassies.

It should be noted that the UAE will be the first Gulf state to establish full diplomatic relations with Israel and the only third Arab country. Following the announcement, the UAE revoked a legal provision to boycott Israel in order to improve relations with the Zionist state.

There were also media reports that Israel would delay its plan for unilateral annexation of parts of the occupied West Bank, but according to the Israeli prime minister, the plan is still under consideration.

Announcing the agreement, the US president said that the Israeli and UAE delegations would sign bilateral agreements in the coming weeks on investment, tourism, direct flights, security and the establishment of mutual embassies.

The US President had predicted that other countries in the region would follow in the footsteps of the UAE.  The move was strongly criticized by Turkey and Iran, while Egypt, Jordan and Bahrain welcomed it.

On the other hand, Saudi Arabia had said that it could not establish diplomatic relations with Israel in imitation of the United Arab Emirates unless the Jewish state signed a peace agreement with the Palestinians.

In addition, Prime Minister Imran Khan had said on the peace agreement between the United Arab Emirates and Israel that Pakistan's position is very clear that we can never recognize Israel until the Palestinians get their due.

It may also be recalled that a high-level Israeli-US delegation had arrived in the UAE yesterday to discuss the finalization of the agreement.
