The issue of violence against Talal Chaudhry is of non-political and personal nature

 
The PML-N's fact-finding committee on violence against party leader Talal Chaudhry in Faisalabad has termed the matter as non-political and personal.

According to PML-N sources, the committee did not consider the issue as a breach of party discipline and recommended that the issue be left to the discretion of both the parties.

According to sources, a committee comprising Akram Ansari and Saira Afzal on the issue of violence against Talal Chaudhry in front of the house of a female MNA informed the party's provincial president Rana Sanaullah of its opinion.

According to sources, in the investigation of the torture case against Talal Chaudhry, the committee has contacted both the parties and obtained all the necessary information and said in the recommendations that the matter is absolutely non-political and personal in nature.

The committee also said that the families of the two sides had been at loggerheads and now there was a dispute between them over something, in which the parties have the right to reconcile or take any legal action on the matter. ۔

In its recommendations, the committee said that the issue between the parties could not be termed as a violation of party discipline.

It may be recalled that on September 23, Talal Chaudhry's arm bone was broken due to violence in front of the house of a female MNA.

Yesterday, PML-N Vice President Maryam Nawaz had termed the clash as a matter of mutual interest.
