In India, an ambulance driver sexually assaulted a woman with corona virus on her way to hospital. According to India Times, the incident took place in Pathanamthitta district of the Indian state of Kerala, where the woman's condition was critical due to the corona virus and she was called to emergency number 108 of the ambulance service to be rushed to the hospital.
According to the report, a driver named Nofal came to pick up the woman in an ambulance and raped her on the way to the hospital. The accused hails from Alappuzha and works as a driver in the Kerala ambulance service of the State Health Department. After raping the woman, the accused rushed her to the hospital, where she reported the incident to hospital staff, who reported the matter to police. Police have arrested the accused and started investigation.
