Singer Akon announces to build science fiction style city.

The 47-year-old American singer surprised everyone by announcing the construction of a new science fiction-style tourist city in the African country of Senegal.

Initially, the construction of the new city will cost US 6 billion,  and construction of the new city will begin in the first quarter of next year, Akon said.

Akon announced a similar plan in 2018 and said he would build a state-of-the-art tourist city in his home country, and now he has officially announced it.

The new city announced by Akon will be modeled on the sci-fi African locations shown in the Hollywood movie "Black Panther" and will have a separate cryptocurrency, Akyun.

Akon City will also have a separate hospital, a separate police station, a separate education system and several tourist points, and a hotel will be built in the city that will showcase the cultural heritage of all African countries.

A hotel will be built in Akon City which will showcase the culture of 54 countries of the African continent, ie the rooms of this hotel will be decorated and built in the cultural style of all African countries.

The government of Senegal, a country plagued by problems such as poverty, unemployment and under-investment, has welcomed the announcement by Acon of the 6 6 billion investment to build the new city, calling it the best for the country's future also declared.

Akon City will be built around popular tourist destinations just 100 kilometers from Dakar, the capital of the Central African country of Senegal, and the city's infrastructure is expected to be built in the first three.

Although this is the first time that Akon has announced the construction of a separate city under his own name in Senegal, he has in the past worked on welfare projects in rural areas such as electricity supply, child malnutrition projects and education.

Although Akon was born in the United States, she spent most of her childhood and adolescence in Senegal, where her grandmother's home did not even have electricity and she used to light candles.

With 40 percent of Senegal's population still without access to basic electricity in modern times, Akon launched projects in 2014 to provide electricity to the country's villages.

Akon is primarily Muslim, but most people do not recognize him as a follower of any religion, as he has never spoken openly about his religion, although he has admitted in previous interviews that he does not. Not only are they born Muslims, but they consider the practice of Islamic teachings to be the secret of their success.

Pictures of him receiving Umrah blessings in March this year also went viral on the internet.

Akon, who began singing in 2003, released her sixth music album this year, and her songs are well-received in Africa and the Middle East, including the United States.
