Experts forbid students to constantly stare at the screen, saying that a minimum of 20 seconds interval is required every 20 minutes, and that lighting and screen lighting should be appropriate for children in the room where the class is taking place. 

The Saudi Health Council says online classes can also limit students' physical activity, so parents should keep their children informed of regular exercise habits.
