Mother of three murdered

A U.S. police officer has killed a mother of three to avoid being attacked by a pet dog.

According to a report by a foreign news agency, the American policeman entered a house during a routine patrol where the woman was standing with her pet dog, but the dog tried to attack the American policeman.

The policeman was frightened when he saw the dog attacking and started firing, which set the owner on fire.

The mother of three children who were injured in the firing was rushed to the hospital but succumbed to her injuries.
