Knife attack kills 1, injures dozens in UK.

 

Two separate stabbings have taken place in the UK today, killing one person and injuring several others, police say.

According to the report of the foreign news agency, the incidents of stabbing took place in the city center of the British city of Birmingham, the dead and injured people have been shifted to the local hospital where they are undergoing treatment.

According to the report, after the attacks, the police closed the area to the public and raids are being carried out to arrest the accused. Police have expressed hope that the attacker will be arrested soon.

Police say the condition of two of the injured is critical, and have launched an operation to identify the culprit, while other people involved in the attack will also be arrested soon.

One woman was among the wounded. The attacks took place last night.
