China has termed the firing of Indian troops on the Line of Actual Control (LAC) as a serious military provocation and warned India to control its front line troops and withdraw troops crossing the Line of Actual Control immediately.
A statement issued by the Chinese Foreign Ministry said that the Indian Army crossed the Line of Actual Control (LAC) illegally again in Ladakh on Monday (September 7th).
He also said that Indian troops came to Lake Pengyang and opened fire on Chinese personnel.
According to a Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman, the Chinese military has retaliated to control the situation.
The Chinese Foreign Ministry said India's conduct was a violation of treaties and a serious military provocation.
He demanded that India immediately withdraw its personnel crossing the Line of Actual Control.
