According to details, a shocking incident has come to light in the city of Muradabad in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh in which a 45-year-old father was allegedly beaten to death by the accused's friends and family for refusing to molest his 14-year-old daughter.
In this regard, the Indian media says that the girl's father was allegedly brutally killed by the youth, her friends and family. The incident took place in Maheshpura village on Tuesday evening. The victim, Hari Om, had gone to Ranveer's family to complain that he was molesting their 14-year-old daughter.
After complaining, Ranveer, 24, along with his friends Vikas (23), Sharma Yadav (24) and Amar Singh (26), as well as other family members, brutally beat Hari Om with bricks and sticks. ۔ Bari Ram was critically injured due to the violence and died at the hospital yesterday.
According to media reports, an FIR has been registered against the seven accused and Ranveer along with his friends Vikas, Sharma Yadav and Amar Singh have been arrested.
Senior Superintendent of Police, Muradabad, Prabhakar Chaudhry told the media that it was learned that the two families were related and there was some dispute between them.
SP City Amit Kumar Anand said, "After the death of Hari Om, his family members and some locals staged a sit-in outside the police station. The negligence of the local police has come to the fore as the police operation was delayed. Further investigation has been ordered.
