Facebook prevents man with incurable disease from LIVE streaming of his death

Facebook says it will prevent a French man in an incurable condition from staging his death LIVE. Elaine Cook, 57, plans to broadcast his last day LIVE after refusing food, drink and medicine on Saturday.

Earlier, President Emmanuel Macron had rejected his request for euthanasia (killing a patient to save him from a painful disease. Cook wants the law to be changed in France so that temporarily ill people have the freedom to die as they wish. Some groups, including the Catholic Church, oppose morally easy and untimely death.
