Depressed people die early, research shows

Medical experts also warn people who talk about frustration all the time.

According to a report by a foreign news agency, Australian scientists have given bad news to people who are suffering from depression all the time.

On the other hand, it has no effect on people who have a happy life.

According to the report, a study by scientists at the QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute in Brisbane found that people who talk all the time about depression and complain complain of other ailments, including heart disease.

Scientists say they die two years sooner than optimistic and average-minded people.

According to Dr. John Whitefield, head of the research team, our research has shown that pessimism and optimism are not directly contradictory. Pessimism has a very negative effect on our overall health while optimism has no negative or positive effects.
