Decline in gold price in international and in Pakistan

 

In the local barter markets, gold prices fell by Rs 500 and Rs 429 per tola and 10 grams, respectively, on Friday.

In the international bullion market, the price of 24 carat gold per ounce fell by ڈالر 12 to 194 1944, leaving the local barter markets at Rs 500 and Rs 429 per tola and Rs 429 per ten grams, respectively, on Friday.

In Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Multan, Lahore, Faisalabad, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar and Quetta barter markets, the price of gold per tola fell to Rs 114,500 and the price of gold per 10 grams fell to Rs 98,165.

Representatives of the bullion market said that the price of gold per tola in the Pakistani barter markets on Friday was Rs 8,000 less than the Dubai gold market. On the other hand, the price of silver per tola remained unchanged at Rs 1,320 and the price of 10 grams of silver remained stable at Rs 1,131.68.
