After being closed for six months yesterday, the government has reopened educational institutions and announced strict implementation of SOPs, but five teachers at a school in Peshawar have tested positive for the corona virus.
It may be recalled that an educational institution has been sealed after corona cases were reported in Islamabad. According to the National Command and Operations Center, 16 targeted corona cases were reported in the institution during targeted testing after which the institution was sealed. Officials say the educational institution will remain under re-order.

It should be noted that educational institutions closed in Pakistan due to the global epidemic Corona virus have been reopened under SOPs after 6 months. Monitoring teams at the provincial and district levels have been tasked with ensuring implementation of SOPs. Violation of SOPs will result in closure of educational institutions and fines. In the first phase, ninth, tenth and intermediate students have been invited to the school while on September 23, sixth to eighth grade students will be allowed to come to the school. In the third phase, all primary school children will go to school from September 30.
The government has instructed parents not to send their children to school if they show signs of cough or illness. If the condition worsens, get tested. Inform the school administration immediately if the corona test is positive. No one will be allowed to enter the educational institution without checking the temperature. Children will not shake hands with anyone and will not swing at school. Various teams from the education department will visit the schools and review the implementation of SOPs.
