Another bus of Rapid Transit suddenly caught fire. The fire broke out in the back of the bus. As a result, the passengers got into chaos. A fire broke out in the back of the BRT bus near Gulbahar station. As soon as the fire started, the bus stopped. As soon as the bus stopped, all the passengers, including the women, hurried out of the bus in panic.
According to private news channel Geo, Trans Peshawar spokesman Umair Khan said that a fire broke out in the bus but no casualties were reported. Firefighters of Rescue 1122 managed to control the fire on the bus. According to Rescue 1122, all the passengers of BRT bus are safe. The cause of the fire has not been ascertained yet. Since the inauguration of BRT mega project in Peshawar, four BRT buses have caught fire at Hayatabad, University Road, Chamkani and now Gulbahar stations.
