The Indian government has blamed Pakistan for the Pulwama attack.
An Indian Foreign Ministry spokesman told a news conference that the chargesheet for the Pulwama attack had been filed a year and a half later. This charge sheet has been filed to bring the perpetrators of terrorism and serious crimes under the purview of law. Our goal is not just to issue a statement or notification. Rather, the perpetrators must be brought to justice.
The Indian Foreign Office alleged that those responsible for the Pulwama attack were in Pakistan but Pakistan was not taking any action against them. It is believed that after the Pulwama attack, Prime Minister Imran Khan had repeatedly told the Indian government that if Pakistan's Evidence should be provided if anyone is involved in this operation but Modi government had sent its planes instead of evidence. After the immediate action of the Pakistan Air Force on February 26, the Indian planes suffocated and fled, after which on February 27 Pakistan targeted the targets within the Indian borders. Chasing Pakistani planes, Indian planes entered Pakistan and the Pakistan Air Force shot down two Indian Air Force planes and arrested a pilot wing commander, Abhinandan, who liked Pakistani tea very much.
