Sharad Pawar said: No objection to CBI probe but Mumbai police is trust worthy

Bollywood actor Shashant Singh Rajput's suicide case is constantly being rhetoric. The BJP has been besieging the Maharashtra government over the issue. Meanwhile, the statement of NCP chief Sharad Phawar has come to light. Sharad Phawar on Wednesday said that the manner in which the incident was being covered in the media was surprising. "Get the matter investigated by the CBI or anyone, but we have full confidence in the Mumbai police," he said.

When Sharad Phawar was asked if there was a conspiracy to discredit the Thackeray family in this case? "We don't know the motive behind it, but we have trusted the Maharashtra and Mumbai police for the last 50 years," he said. This is what happens when a person commits suicide. Two days ago, a farmer in Satara said that 20 farmers had committed suicide in our district, but no one was talking about it. Pawar said it was up to the state government and the CBI to probe anyone. We are not against CBI probe, but there should be no such demand.

On the other hand, on the demand of Parth Phawar's CBI, he said that he is a child, yet inexperienced. It may be recalled that Parth Phawar had on Monday written a letter to state Home Minister Anil Deshmukh. Sharing this letter on Twitter, Parth Pawar wrote: There should be a proper inquiry into the death of Shashant Singh Rajput, these are the sentiments of the entire country, especially the youth. The BI has appealed for an inquiry.
