Public school working hours have been changed

According to details, District Education Authority Lahore has changed the working hours of government schools. The new working hours will start from August 10. According to the new working hours, the school will start from August 10 at 8.30 am. The school holidays will be at two o'clock in the afternoon. The school heads will come only on Mondays and Tuesdays.

The school heads will send online attendance on both the days at 8.30 am. Class IV employees will be on leave only on Sundays. The District Education Authority has directed the school heads to ensure the attendance of class IV employees. New foolproof SOPs have been developed for opening.

The Ministry of Education has developed new strict and full-proof corona rescue SOPs for opening private and public educational institutions across the province.

Under the new SOP, there will be no assembly in any school when the school opens. Students will not be entertained. Disinfectant spray will be required in every classroom, teacher staff room and wash room in the morning. Two students will be able to sit at one desk instead of three. Students, teachers, etc. will not be able to give each other papers and pencils. Shaking hands and hugging will be prohibited.

Only English subjects will be taught in the class. Only homework for other subjects will be given. Twenty children will be able to sit in one class. It should be noted that the All Pakistan Private School Association had announced to open educational institutions next month. The All Pakistan Private Schools Association rejected the government's decision and announced the opening of educational institutions from August 15.
