KARACHI: Pakistani actor Hassan Khan has been selected for the lead role in a film about the life of the late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput.
Sushant Singh Rajput, who acted in superhit films like 'PK', 'MS Dhoni' and 'Chhachhore', had ended his life a few months back. The actor's death is being investigated but no reason has been found for his suicide so far.
Sushant Singh Rajput was a mediocre dancer who worked tirelessly for success but he did not give up and to turn his acting passion into reality he started with small roles in films after which he would go on to success. He started appearing in the lead roles in the films.
An Amazon web series is being created to showcase the actor's arduous journey to success. In which Pakistani actor Hassan Khan has been selected to play the role of Sushant Singh. Will play the lead role in a film based on Sushant's life.
Hassan Khan also shared photos of himself and Sushant Singh on the social networking site Facebook in which both the actors are seen posing alike. At the same time, he confirmed, "Praise be to God, I have got the project that is very close to my heart because I will play the role of Sushant Singh."
