IPS officer Binay Tiwari probing Sushant Singh Rajput case is missing from the case.

Bihar police said that Patna City Superintendent of Police Tiwari has been isolated in his house by BMC in order to stop the Bihar police from probing Sushant's case raher, Tiwari has been put in 'house arrest' and not in home quarantine.

Bihar police said that thousands of millions of people are coming to Mumbai daily from different areas of the country and they are not kept in home isolated. Police added that IPS officer Tiwari has been isolated intentionally to stop the inquiry of Bihar Police.

According to Bihar police, IPS mess was officially sought for the stay of Tiwari but the senior IPS officer was not providing this facility and when Tiwari himself arranged a guesthouse then he was taken by BMC officials for home quarantine.

Tiwari will monitor the inquiry in Sushant's case from guest house until further instrucitons of Bihar government. Shockingly, on July 27, when a team of Bihar police went to Mumbai for probe in this case no one from that team was home isolated but the BMC swung into action as soon as Tiwari reached Mumbai. Shiv Sena has been ruling BMC for more than 25 years and Shiv Sena is presently in power in Maharashtra in coalition with NCP and Congress.

It is to be noted that Tiwari is leading a Bihar Police team which is in Mumbai to inquiry an "abetment to suicide" case on the basis of an FIR filed by Sushant's father KK Singh in Patna. In his FIR, Sushant's father has named actress Rhea Chakraborty and her family members as suspect.

Sushant, a resident of Patna, reportedly died by suicide at his Bandra residence in Mumbai on June 14.
