Introducing 'Safe Folder' in Google Files for data protection

Google has introduced a new feature in its Files app called 'Safe Folder', which will allow file users to further secure their data.

The Files app currently has more than 150 million users worldwide, and since its introduction in December 2017, one trillion user files have been deleted from these files.

According to a statement issued by Google, the 'Safe Folder' feature will initially be available to 2 million users and then gradually this feature will be introduced to other users in the next few weeks.

The 'Safe Folder' feature will be accessible with the help of a four-digit PIN code, which enables people to easily store their important documents, photos, videos and audio files, as well as other users' personal files. It also protects the app from being opened or accessed through.

According to Google, this feature also prevents users from taking screenshots or screenshots of their contacts, as soon as the user leaves the app the app will be locked immediately and in case of re-entry the PIN code Will be given

The files were initially created for people with low storage capacity in their phones and the majority of such people live in countries like Pakistan, India, Nigeria and Brazil, the Safe Folder feature was also created for people in those countries. Who from time to time give their device to friends and family for use.

Note that Google recently gave Android and iOS users free access to some features of Google One Cloud Storage.

In this feature, 15 GB of storage is available to the users through Google accounts, so all the details are stored in the cloud service even if the phone is damaged or lost.

In simple words, users were given 15 GB of free storage by Google under this service.

In addition, Google recently announced that its video calling app, Google Mate, will be available to users for free.

Google Mate will now be available for free to anyone who has a Gmail account.
