Corona kills famous Indian cricketer

 

Former Indian opener Chetan Chauhan has died due to corona. According to Indian media reports, former international cricketer Chetan Chauhan was infected with the corona virus and was also suffering from other diseases.

Chetan Chauhan, 73, played 40 Tests and was Sunil Gavaskar's opening partner. The opening pair scored 3,000 runs. Chetan played most of the matches in the 70s and his pairing with Gavaskar became very popular. They played 40 Test matches in which they scored 2,084 runs with the help of 16 half-centuries. His international career spanned 12 years in which he also scored 153 runs in 7 ODIs representing India.
