Most people living in different parts of the world will be well aware of the nature of the rooster crowing (azan) in the early morning and usually some people start their morning with the rooster crowing.
However, not everyone likes the rooster crows and some people consider this habit of roosters as a disturbance in their sleep and look annoyed with it.
A similar incident took place in Italy where an 83-year-old man was fined for rooster crows.
According to a report by Fox News, an 83-year-old man in the Italian town of Castiraga Vedrado is facing a fine for the constant rooster crows in the morning.
Angelo Boletti, a longtime resident of the area, will have to pay a fine of 166 euros (approximately 195 $ and 33,000 Pakistani rupees), according to the Italian newspaper Ilcitadno.
"I don't have the words to express my feelings about what he needed," Angelo Boletti told a local news agency.
He said a rooster named Carlino lived in his garden, which he owned and had been in the area for the past 10 years.
However, Angelo Boletti eventually handed the rooster over to a friend after complaints from neighbors.
He later temporarily withdrew Carlino from his friend while he was on a 20-day vacation.
But a police officer raided Angelo Boletti's home after neighbors complained about the return of the rooster.
In fact, a rooster named Carlino was heard around 4:30 in the morning.
The owner of the rooster was fined about ً 200 under local law, which required pets to be at least 32.8 feet away from neighbors' homes.
Angelo Boletti, an architect by profession but now retired, said he was unaware of the law and intended to appeal the fine.
He told IL Citadino that he could have informed me earlier, but I did not understand.
"I can appeal, but where will I go at 83?" I will not stop here, I will contact the police headquarters and the district administration.
"I had lodged reports in the municipality about cutting down private bushes and illegal parking spaces, but I did not receive any response," he said.
On the other hand, the mayor of Castiraga Vedrado, Emma Perfitti, rejected the claims of Angelo Boletti.
He said local police visited Angelo Boletti's home in early July when they first violated the law on pets.
According to the mayor, he had told officers that the rooster would be at his home for only 20 days, but Carlino was still there after the deadline.
Emma Perfiti said Carlino's crows in the morning are an injustice to neighbors, and that the owners of the chickens in the village have no problem with noise.
It should be noted here that this is not the first time that people have lodged a complaint as they are fed up with rooster crows.
Earlier, a couple in France had filed a lawsuit against a rooster crowing in the morning, but the court ruled in favor of the rooster instead of humans after a few hearings and a heated debate among lawyers.
