The United Arab Emirates has postponed its mission to Mars for two days due to bad weather.

The mission "Al-Amal" or "Hope" was scheduled to depart for Mars tonight, but after the cancellation, the UAE has announced a two-day delay in the departure of the Mars mission.

According to the news agency, the UAE's Mars mission will leave on Friday.

It should be noted that the mission 'Al Amal' was to be launched from the space center of Japan at 12:51 pm and it was to be detached from the rocket one hour after its departure, this 1350 kg mission is the size of a sports vehicle.


The UAE's inhumane mission will cover a distance of 493 million kilometers and reach the Red Planet in seven months, but instead of landing there, it will orbit Mars for 687 days a year.

Its average speed in orbit will be 121,000 kilometers per hour and it will complete one cycle around the orbit in 55 hours.

It should be noted that this will be the first mission sent to Mars by an Arab country. This year, China and the United States also intend to send their own mission to Mars.
