ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has offered India third consular access to Indian spy commander Kulbhushan Yadev involved in terrorism.
On Friday, Foreign Office spokesperson Ayesha Farooqi said that India had made a third offer of consular access to Kulbhushan Yadev. India has been formally informed. Pakistan has offered to give consular access to Indian spies without security personnel.
Foreign Office spokesperson Ayesha Farooqi said that the decision to grant consular access was taken out of goodwill and a response from India was awaited.
It may be recalled that Pakistan had given access to Kulbhushan Yadev to two officials of the Indian High Commission only yesterday but the diplomats did not listen to one of them and left.
According to sources, Indian spy Kulbhushan kept calling the diplomats and the Indian diplomats did not listen to him. Earlier, in September 2019, the first consular access to Kulbhushan Yadev was granted under the Vienna Convention and the decision of the International Court of Justice.
