Serial killer kills nearly 200 women with hammers and screws after rape.

Authorities in Russia have arrested a serial killer who has confessed to killing 84 women after being raped. Authorities say the number of women killed by the brutal criminal could be between 100 and 200.

The serial killer, Mikhail Popekov, is a former Russian military officer, also known as Were Wolf. The serial killer has twice been prosecuted for humiliating and killing women between the ages of 18 and 50. He killed most of the women between 1992 and 2010 and so far, according to police, the official number of women killed by him is 81.

Investigating officer Lt. Col. Ever J. Chowski said he believed Pope Kovo had killed 200 people and committed more than 100 crimes. A video of the serial killer also surfaced in which he took a spy to show him the place where he had killed a woman after raping her.

The serial killer brutally murdered women after raping them, killing his victim with hammers or screws.
