In the second Test, Sable and Stokes saved England from disaster
Opener batsman Sable and all-rounder Ben Stokes saved England from disaster on the first day of the second Test against the West Indies with their superb batting. At the end of the day, England were 207 for three.

For the fourth wicket, Ben Stokes batted brilliantly with opener Sable, both of whom remained unbeaten at the end of the day for a partnership of 126 runs.
Sable scored 86 and Ben Stokes scored 59. For West Indies, Ruston Chase took two wickets and Joseph took one.
