China, a rapidly advancing country in science and technology, has for the first time sent its only research mission to Mars, known as the Red Planet.
The mission sent by China to Mars has been named 'Tian Wen Ikum' and it will reach Mars by the end of February next year.
China has sent a research mission to Mars at a time when the United Arab Emirates (UAE) had sent its first mission to the Red Planet a few days ago.
The UAE has now become the world's first Muslim and Arab country to send a mission to Mars that will reach the Red Planet by August next year.
After China, the United States will soon send a research mission to Mars, and it is thought that the United States will send a mission before the end of July.
According to the Chinese broadcaster South China Morning Post (SCMP), China's Tian Wen Yim was sent off the island of Hainan Province on July 23 at noon.
Tian Wen I will arrive on Mars in February after traveling for the next seven months, and the Chinese research mission will stay on the Red Planet for at least 90 days.
The Tiananmen Ikam weighs a total of 5 tons and was developed locally by Chinese experts, while the research mission was launched by its own rocket Long March 5.
The Tiananmen First Mission is a four-part mission that includes a research vehicle and other scientific instruments that will gather information about possible human populations on the Red Planet.

China had sent a joint mission with Russia to Mars nine years before the mission, but now for the first time, China has sent a single mission.
After China, the United States is also likely to send a mission to Mars, which will reach Mars by the first quarter of next year.
So next year, three different research missions on Mars will be gathering information.
Chinese and US research missions have already reached Mars, while Russian research missions have also reached the Red Planet, but this is the first time a UAE mission has landed on Mars.
