The new corona virus is said to be more dangerous in the elderly, but most patients recover after a few weeks of treatment.
But seeing a person's bill of treatment after recovery must have caused a heart attack.
Michael Flour, a 70-year-old patient from Sweden, initially thought he had a common cough.
But at his wife's insistence, he went to the doctor, where he was diagnosed with the coronavirus and his condition worsened.
For the next six weeks, doctors tried to save the man's life, as his lungs began to weaken.
Doctors tried their best to save him, from blood transfusions to experimental drugs.
During this time, the patient remained on the ventilator for more than 4 weeks, his blood began to thicken and clot, ie blood clots, while the functions of the organs began to refuse to function, ie he was on the verge of death.
Medical staff even told Michael's wife and children to say goodbye, but they were also on the phone because they were all in quarantine.
But then Michael's condition improved unexpectedly and he was able to defeat the corona virus, which medical staff called a 'miracle baby'.
Michael is also the longest-serving coronavirus patient in Sweden.
After two months, Michael was finally discharged from the hospital and is now facing another major challenge in controlling the virus.
The patient, who miraculously survived, was shocked when he received the treatment bill.
The bill was 181 pages long and in total Michael was asked to pay more than 1 million
"My heart almost came close to refusing to work the second time I got the hospital bill," Michael said.
After being hospitalized for 62 days, Michael also estimated that the bill would be too high.
He was unconscious for a long time in the hospital but once he said to his wife, "You have to get me out of here, we can't afford it."
The bill totaled 1 million US Dollar and looked like a book with 181 pages.
For example, the daily cost of an ICU room was 9,735 dollar, while it was kept on a ventilator for 29 days, with a daily bill of 2,835 dollar and a 25% bill for medicines.
But Michael himself was very surprised at his escape. I was regretting my escape, I had a feeling that in the end why? Did I deserve it? Now, seeing this bill, the feeling of remorse has increased.
