Diamond within other diamond a unique discovery 80 million years old.

For the first time in the world a diamond has been discovered that contains a diamond. The unique diamond discovered in Russia is likely to be more than 80 million years old, it is named as Matryoshka.

According to the media report, the diamond weighs a mere 62 carats while the diamond inside it weighs 2.1 carats. On the presence of another diamond inside the diamond, scientists examined the precious stone in different ways for which infrared and X-ray etc. were also used. The interesting thing discovered during this time was the gap between the two diamonds.

Scientists have come up with 2 ideas in this regard. One is that as a result of very rapid growth, another diamond-like material is formed over the inside diamond and then the natural metal process results in the dissolution of a diamond. The other began to move freely.

The second idea is that a metallic mineral caught the diamond during development and then dissolved into the ground surface. So far no price has been set but it will prove to be one of the most expensive diamonds in the world.
