Woman with sexually transmitted disease wins unique case against her partner

NEW YORK (Monitoring Desk) - A woman who contracted a sexually transmitted disease by having sexual intercourse with her partner in the United States has won a unique case of its kind.

According to The Mirror, Jackson County Circuit Court records show that the woman was identified only by the letter "MO", who had sex with her in the back seat of her partner's Hyundai car. A few days later, he was diagnosed with human papillomavirus (HPV).

The partner of MO, a resident of the US state of Missouri, had got his insurance from GEICO General Insurance Company, so MO filed a suit against this insurance company for compensation. According to the report, the woman proved in court that her partner knew that he was suffering from HPV, yet he had sex with her without telling her.
