An easy way to restore sunburned skin



In the summer, the skin dries out due to the harshness of the sun and the face starts looking dull, however, a common item used daily is extremely beneficial for it.

Yogurt is a food rich in protein, calcium, vitamins and biotics. It is used as a healthy food which gives immense benefits to the body.

Applying it is also extremely beneficial for the skin, it keeps the skin young and fresh.

Add a teaspoon of cocoa powder and a teaspoon of honey to 4 tablespoons of yogurt to soften the skin.

Apply this mask on face for 20 minutes then wash face with lukewarm water.

In addition, a mixture of lentil powder and orange peel can be added to the curd by adding equal weight.

Leave it on for 15 minutes. If your skin is dry, add honey.

The skin will be soft and supple as well as shiny.

A great scrub can be made from yogurt. Due to the scrubbing properties of yogurt, massaging it cleanses the dead skin cells.

Make a paste by mixing rice powder in curd, massage it on the face in a circle, after a while wash it with cold water. Barley flour can also be added instead of rice.
