A British court has ruled that calling men bald is sexual harassment.
According to the international journal Bloomberg, a British employees' tribunal has ruled that using the word "bald" for men could naturally be tantamount to sexism and discrimination.
According to reports, the decision came in the case of Tony Finn, a 64-year-old electrician who sued a colleague working for a small family company in Yorkshire.
Tony reportedly worked for the company for almost 24 years, but one of his colleagues called him "fat bald" for his fair and sexual harassment.
According to Bloomberg, the three-member men's tribunal panel agreed that Finn did not complain about the industrial language spoken at the company, but about the sentences spoken about his age and hair.
The tribunal panel ruled that the "words" were uttered by a colleague with the intention of tarnishing the image of art and creating a horrible, humiliating atmosphere for it.
However, ruling in favor of Art, the tribunal said that calling a partner bald is not a harmless joke but is tantamount to sexual harassment.
