US F-22 fighter jets arrive in the United Arab Emirates to prevent possible attacks by Houthi rebels.
According to the international news agency, the United Arab Emirates had sought defense assistance from the United States after the attacks on Houthi rebel oil installations and other places.
Recently, the US anti-missile defense system defused missiles fired by Houthi rebels in mid-air, calling it a major achievement.
Today, US F-22 fighter jets landed at Al-Zafra Airport in Abu Dhabi, where 2,000 US troops were already present, and the state-of-the-art US anti-missile system "Patriot" is also installed.
The U.S. military says a car bomb had exploded at an Iraqi police recruiting center at Kisak, west of Mosul.
The US Air Force later shared a photo of the planes departing for Abu Dhabi, in which six US F-22 jets could be seen taking off.
It should be noted that the Houthi rebels had carried out three missile attacks in Abu Dhabi last month, one of which targeted an oil depot, killing three people and injuring six others.
