Thailand: Famous YouTuber Joko Saipout, who made a video on wildlife in Thailand, is often seen chasing snakes and other animals in the wild. Now they have discovered a new species of Tarantula spider that hides in bamboo.
Joko himself has knowledge of insects, but he sent pictures and videos to an insect specialist. It was reported from there that this spider is a barber's discovery and there is no mention of it in scientific literature before that. Unlike the common tarantula, it lives in the inner hollow part of the bamboo and goes out at its feeding time to return home.
The new spider is named "Talk Science" after King Thaksin of Thailand. After the fall of the Ayutthaya Empire in 1767, Talk Sign took over the country and laid the foundations for a new Thailand.
On the other hand, it is the first tarantula spider to be seen in northern Thailand. The tarantulas of the Asian region either jump on trees or make their home in the dry leaves of the earth. However, this new species prefers to house Asian bamboo stems. This is how the tarantula builds its home on the hollow surface inside.
