The first snowfall of the season in the US capital Washington DC and nearby states disrupted life.
According to Geo News, 9 inches of snow fell in Washington DC due to which an emergency has been declared and schools have been ordered to be closed while public transport has been suspended. Snowfall of up to 12 inches was recorded in some places.
Dozens of accidents were reported due to the snowfall, while severe weather affected the vases.
