A 16-year-old mentally handicapped girl has been gang-raped in India.
According to Indian media, the incident of gang-rape of a girl took place in Alwar district of Rajasthan where the accused first gang-raped a 16-year-old girl and then stabbed her in the delicate parts of her body and threw her on the bridge. They threw and fled.
According to Indian media, the victim is a mentally handicapped girl who was found near the bridge in critical condition after which she was rushed to the hospital for immediate medical treatment.
According to Indian media, inserting iron objects in the sensitive parts of the affected girl's body caused severe damage to her internal organs.
Doctors said that the girl underwent immediate surgery due to non-stopping of blood, after which her condition is out of danger.
Police say an investigation has been launched into the incident and efforts are being made to arrest the culprits with the help of CCTV.
