The winter season has begun all over the world. There are some countries where it is cold all year round. But in the countries of the Asian continent, there are hot and cold seasons which have their own duration. However, there is a country in the same region which is similar to Europe, where it snows all year round and it is so cold that even poor animals freeze and even pregnant animals die.
This country is Mongolia which is a plain country between China and Russia. Extreme cold in Mongolia kills at least 4 to 5 million and more cattle. More than 80% of them are goats and sheep. This cold wave is called "Dzod" in Mongolia. By the way, dry weather also comes here. But it snows all year round.
Along with horse riding, youngsters also participate in sports like archery, kabaddi, wrestling and javelin throwing. Temperatures of minus 40, 42 and 65 are recorded in this country. After watching the video, you will have guessed how much the animals here are suffering from severe cold.
