Berlin (Online) Germany has added the United Kingdom to the list of countries where the coronavirus variant Omicron is spreading rapidly.
According to a foreign news agency, after this development, airlines will be able to bring to Germany from the UK only those passengers who are either German citizens or residents here. However, flights were not banned.
The same rule applies to travel by rail and ship. People coming to Germany from virus variant areas will have to stay in quarantine for two weeks.
