The pregnant New Zealand MP rode her motorbike to the hospital where she gave birth.
According to a report by the foreign news agency 'Reuters', a few hours later, the politicians mentioned the birth of a child on the Facebook page of Julie Ann Janter and also shared the experience of riding a motorcycle during pregnancy.
"We received a new member of the household this morning with our family," the post said.
"I had no intention of riding a motorcycle a few hours before the baby was born, but it just happened," she said.
It should be noted that New Zealand politicians with a population of 5 million are known for their mild temperament.
Earlier, New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern took maternity leave while in office and brought her three-month-old baby to the UN General Assembly.
"When we left for the hospital at 2 in the morning, the pregnancy wasn't much, but it got worse and worse, and we got to the hospital in ten minutes," said Julie Ann Jenter.
"It's good that we now have a healthy baby who is sleeping, just like his father," he said.
Julie Ann Janter is a dual citizen. She was born in the US state of Minnesota and moved to New Zealand in 2006.
