Controversial Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut started receiving death threats after which she lodged a complaint at the police station.
According to Indian media reports, actress Kangana Ranaut found it costly to make a controversial statement against the Sikh community, after which she started receiving death threats.
Kangana Ranaut shared a photo of herself on her Instagram account with which she also wrote a long note in Hindi.
He said in his Instagram post that the traitors should never be forgiven and should never be forgotten. There is not a single chance left to stain.
The Bollywood actress said, "I am receiving death threats. A man from Bhattanda in the Indian Punjab has openly threatened to kill me but I am not afraid of such threats."
Kangana Ranaut said, "I speak out against those who conspire against the country and will always speak out."
Defending his comments, Kangana added, "I have never said anything insulting or hateful about any caste, religion or group."
"Elections are coming up in Punjab, for which some people are using my words out of context. If anything happens to me in the future, it is only the politicians of hatred and rhetoric who are responsible shall be.'
The actress further said that she is humbly requested not to spread hatred against anyone for her political ambitions to win the elections.
He also said that "I have registered a case against the threats and I hope the Punjab government will take action against it as soon as possible."
