In Lahore, the air quality index reached 398 overall

 

Air pollution in Punjab has not abated. In the provincial capital Lahore too, the Air Quality Index (AQI) has reached 398 overall while citizens are suffering from eye ailments and other ailments including respiratory diseases.

According to private TV, AQI 625 was recorded in Kot Lakhpat area of ​​Lahore, 523 in Thokar Niaz Beg, 728 in Gulberg, 516 on Zahoor Elahi Road and 596 on Guru Mangat Road.

It should be noted that Lahore has recently been ranked number one among the worst cities in the world in the air quality index while the air of the city is so polluted that there is irritation in the eyes of the citizens while the citizens are suffering from other diseases including respiratory diseases.
